When we heard about the important work that Paul Fairlie was doing, we asked him to conduct a critically needed employee survey for us. While our expectation were high for the information we would receive, we were very impressed with the high calibre of the work and the actionable results that we received from the study. Not only did we find out what our people were thinking and feeling about the change at Donnacona, but we were able to see the critical indicators where there was strong positive feelings and areas where improvements could be made. While all results were confidential, the results were in such a format that we could build further on the factors they perceived as being the most important for their satisfaction, commitment, and retention as well as being able to take quick and immediate action steps on areas for improvement. Paul developed some wonderful guides for us around giving and receiving 360º feedback. We use them to educate trainers and participants on competencies, assessment tools, and giving valid ratings.
