Paul Fairlie
Paul Fairlie is a consultant with over 15 years of experience in organizational, market, and opinion research. He is a behavioural scientist with a solid foundation in organizational psychology, psychometrics and multivariate analysis.
Paul’s primary areas of expertise are individual and organizational assessment. He is also deeply motivated by humanistic and existential psychologies and helps organizations to create positive, meaningful and healthy workplaces.
Paul has served clients across a wide range of industries with Right Management Consultants, Environics Research Group, and his own company. Paul is a former Director of Research at Shepell-fgi where he oversaw employee health research on thousands of organizations.
Paul is completing his Ph.D. in psychology this year and has published in academic journals. He is currently conducting research on personality in the workplace and meaningful work. Paul is a member of the American Psychological Association and is a regular presenter at APA conventions.
